Carminé 2014

With vines at an altitude of 300m on steep slopes and an average age of a youthful 40 years, manual harvesting is not an option but an obligation and this is a wonderful red wine from the hands of Dmitri Glipa in St Paul de Fenuoillet in Roussillon.   Dmitri is a passionate producer and it shows in the finish of his excellent wines.    We have no stock of this wine this year but are taking advanced orders on the 2014 vintage production of only 8,500 bottles.
