Chateau Lamothe 2012

Looking for a bottle of Sauternes?  We are lucky to have some 2012 from Lamothe-Despujols.  We also have 2011 in a 50 cl bottle.  A perfect accompaniment at the end of a meal for the dessert.  A fabulous example of a sauternes, neither too sweet nor too dry, great for aperitifs or as a standard dessert wine.  We usually open this size bottle because we know it lasts in the refrigerator for up to 14 days and we like to have it there as an alternative aperitif.  It is not just for those special occasions, so treat yourself. This is a formidable wine that will lay down for up to 30 years so invest now for the future!
