This award winning wine (in 2013 it won the silver medal at the world competition for sauvignon blanc) is extremely expressive, straw coloured and slightly pearly, it can be drunk as an aperitif, or with seafood or even stronger spicier dishes. Offers great value and quality beyond its price point and is made by one of the largest sauternes producers in the village (see producer notes).

This wine is crisp and clean, with good body and flavor. A perfect accompaniment for lighter starters and entrees.
