La Fleur Canon 2011

A super red wine from Henri De-Coninck which is passing into maturity and ready to drink even thought it will mature further over the years.  This is a wine that needs to be drunk with food and friends and is from the man who prefers to make good wine for food than to win medals (see Henri’s listing under Partners).
